How much does it cost to climb Mount Everest

Mount Everest is said to be the most admired adventure for the climbers. It isn’t so easy to climb Mt. Everest neither it is cheap. Along with the challenging fitness and preparation, you also need to have the more money and face much expenditure in order to climb Mt. Everest. Mount Everest is the tallest peak in the world that is situated at the height of 8,848 m. It is one of the most challenging adventures climbs for the Mountaineers. You can see different mountaineers climbing to the Mt. Everest in each spring. That is the best moment to stand at the top of the world.
Cost determines the quality and difficulties of the certain area. Getting up to the Mt. Everest isn’t so cheap. You need to have two month’s commitment to complete the trek that will cost around $60,000. The majority of the climbers have to sign with the guide service of Nepal so that the climbers can get support and guidelines throughout the expedition. They are the professional operators and experienced about the tips for climbing the Mt. Everest. They provide the required food, fuel and other necessary materials that will be needed in the period of climbing the Mt. Everest. They also give you security while climbing, hire guides and the porters and provide you the oxygen in the mountain and many more. If you want to climb the Mt. Everest, you must obtain the climbing permit from Nepal government that cost around $11,000. While when you climb the Everest from the Tibet, the permit will cost $7,000 but it is hard and difficult to process the permit from Tibet and hence most of the tourists favor climbing from Nepal. You also need to pay other climbing fees that include hiring a liaison officer that helps them to join the base camp. This costs around $1,500. The traveling to Everest Base Camp costs $4,000 that includes hiring the porters and yaks to carry the gear on the week-long trek. The Sherpa team charges $5,000 each. Besides, the maintaining campsites cost $2,000, oxygen costs $3,700, Gear costs $7,000 and other miscellaneous expenses cost $10,000.
It seems to be the costly trek to climb the Mt. Everest. In spite of the most expensive trek in Nepal, climbing the Mt. Everest is one of the challenging jobs for the climbers. If you’ll minimize the expense then it will costs minimum around $35,000 and the maximum costs are around $100,000. Hence, the expenditure is based on the number in the expedition.
