Best season
March through to May, and September through to November are considered the best time to go for Everest Three Pass Trek in Nepal. Actually, pretty all treks can be covered in the stated months. The weather remains moderate: neither too cold in the high altitude area nor too warm in the lower altitude areas. Before monsoon, the weather is pretty hot during May, which is fine in the high altitude area but may not be in your favour in the lower altitude areas. Similarly, the weather remains below zero degree Celsius during December and January.

Food and accommodation
Throughout the trek, you can have pancakes, toasts, eggs, potatoes, etc. with tea or coffee for breakfast. Similarly, you can have Macaroni, spaghetti, noodles, potatoes, etc. for lunch. However, the most pervasive dish that you can get in almost every menu is Dal Bhat. It comes with rice, lentils, green vegetables, Papad, locally made pickles, and salad. And no matter how many times you ask for extra items, you shall not be charged for the additional items; this dish is meant to be served until it fills your stomach well.
There are several teahouses, hotels, and lodges throughout the trails in the trek. However, the facilities served in these accommodations become limited as you ascend higher. You shall have a bed, blanket with shared bathroom as you go in the higher region, being limited to the bare necessities of a room. With the increasing popularity and crowd, the standard of these lodges and teahouses are also increasing.
